Crossfit / Olympic Lifting:
A: Push Jerk
5 Rep Max
Result: 60kg

B: EMOM x 12
2 x Clean and jerk @ 75%
Result: 50kg

The takeaway from today is that I need to practice holding and stabilising in the catch position, rather than pushing straight up and trying to do so at the top.
