St Kilda East - Broad Gully - Mine - Christian - Flat Rock - Yarra Boulevard - St Kilda East:
We had a plan to visit the freshly paved Buttermans Track, but it was abandoned in favour of not putting one of our crew into a very deep dark hole. I'm not going to suggest that we're maturing, but especially considering how fiesty this guy is when fit, it was very nice of us not to peer pressure for a harder day.

After the rolling hills were done, a coffee drunk, and good byes said, I was rolling myself home and trying to work out the maths. My estimates said that if I went the direct route, I'd end up with 90 something km on the clock, and I really really prefer when it clicks over 3 digits. So I took a detour to the HCC crit course in Kew, and turned some cornering practice (hahaha puns!) into a set of nausea inducing hill sprints.
