I thought there would me more bodies on the Belgie today, basically because the weather was (due to be) nice.

There was some schnell because I wanted to keep Adam Lana honest, and he in turn wanted me to be honest, but it was more about laughs than pain cave. Like rolling over the back of pony club, taking a cheeky inside line under Adam through a corner, then having the bike squirm and shift on the loose gravel, and trying to prevent it pushing out into his space. Or on the single track climb, asking Todd for a less than full noise pace, and subsequently having to rub elbows and hips with Adam to keep him out in the scrub and thus from being able to overtake. The revenge for that moment when I let him sneak a wheel in front on the way home, and subsequently found myself very, very, very wide on a turn, with a choice of braking and trying to get under him, or running through a grass verge that's in desperate need of a good mowing.
