It was back to the oval for another 10 laps on grass to keep the impact load as low as possible. I worked on relaxing my shoulders/dropping my arms, and pulling up my shorts (seems my new phone is heavier than the old one).

I started with a tight calf, and finished with a tighter one. Even giving it a few solid going overs with a massage stick leaves me worried about what's to come over the next few days.
