There were some emotions, but surprisingly the legs did what they were told fairly well. I sat, I span, I sweated, and I watched an hour long replay of last night's tour stage.

I'd love to say there were lessons learnt, or insights into happiness, but it's 70 minutes on a stationary trainer. It's not done for love of riding, it's done for fitness, so I've got nothing.
