St Kilda East - Port Melbourne - Slack Rock - St Kilda East:
I found out today, that there is an advantage to losing fitness/conditioning, as the pain in my arse from sitting on my saddle, confirmed that I do in fact sit on my sitz bones, and thus my saddle is appropriate.

It feels like a hard lesson.
