Given I bailed on going to crossfit yesterday, I wanted to get some endorphins today. We assessed the radar at 5am and decided that it was too wet to ride (though in hindsight it probably wasn't), so it was off to CFSK for some centre line work followed by a whole lot of unhappy times.
