It's been a while since I've been to Edmore for a rub, but his hands are still capable of reducing me to a twisted mess of pain.

This time though, there was more of a conversation about what's going on with my body, more about why rather than just what.

The out takes of that are I need to stretch my quads/psoas, and my hamstrings, and to work on activating all of my glutes (previously I thought it was just my glute med that needed work). So, that's a few more things to add to the list of rehab/rebuild activities.
