B. “Bell” Time cap: 20:00mins
3 Rounds for time:
21 Deadlifts 82.5/60kg
15 Pull Ups
9 Front Squats 82.5/60kg
Result: 15:38 @ 45kg

Push ups yesterday, and pull ups today. Oof, way to make a bloke feel inadequate. Even going to my knees yesterday, and using bands to assist me today, I was down to ugly single reps at the end of both.
