10 Burpee Box Jump-Overs 24″/20″
15 Hand Release Push-Ups/Push Ups (Scaled to Push Ups from the knees)
20 Toes-to-Bar (Scaled to knee raises)
25 Wall Ball Shots 9/7kg (Scaled to 6kg, but full height)
30 Double-Unders (Scaled to 60 skips)
Rest 4 minutes, and then repeat.
