We've had Dwars d'Vlaanderen, E3 Harelbeke, and Gent Wevelgem, then this weekend sees arguably the most exciting of the classics (Ronde van Vlaanderen), so it seemed right to get a bit of Belgie action this morning, especially given cobbles were guaranteed.

The other thing that seemed right, was attacking before the cobbles and jamming on the big ring until everyone else was pummelled into submission. Nah, that's giving myself credit for having awareness outside of my legs. It wasn't until we popped out onto tarmac again that I realised I'd made anyone hurt... so I went again, this time toe to toe with Alby in a race to the single track.

All in all it was a good morning, I was pretty happy with how the legs went, and the tyre pressure I'd settled on (~46psi)... that is until i laid it out on a dusty, slow speed corner, and ended up looking like I'd been in a fight in a bakery.
