Rest:
I did a reasonable amount of stretching today. Obviously that meant leaning forward and trying to lengthen my hamstrings, it also meant putting an untold number of hotcross buns in my face and expanding my stomach. One of those things is going to make me a better rider... I'm hoping it's the latter, because there's a few more left in the packet.
