Dropping the car off for a service left me with a long commute, and time to spin out the legs and let the brain flow free.

Mostly I thought about taking a short break from "training", to get a solid block of stretching, rehab and "something else" done. I thought that it might be nice to do some strength work, and that instead of going to the local power lifting gym, I could go to the crossfit box the tiny canadian attends. I'm hoping it'll partially tick a strength box, but I know it's going to be far more social than the 2 guys with headphones in who squat at the same early hour I would (at the gym).
