Ricktastic Westside Tuesday:
I'm well into metal, Ricky and Wilko discussed Bieber over coffee, and I'm not really sure Warrack's taste in music... still NOFX's "Hit It" seems like the right tune for a short punchy ride in the west (gradient, not fists).

You tell me you don't like the taste
Drugs and alcohol are such a waste
You got better things to do
Like hang around,
Be straight and screw

Enjoy your day,
What to say
Hell of a friend
Why do they know
You don't know any compassion
You don't like the drink
You tell me I've ruined my life
Well I don't care what you think

Why do you say we're mad as hell
Why do you say we're mad as hell
I've got my own set of values
Why don't you go enjoy yourself?

Are we done yet?

I was into metal. At times, I still am. But mostly this phase is beyond me now.

I fancy most music at different points in time depending largely on mood.

I do although agree, that if you were to look at the western suburbs as a genre of music, then metal/punk seems about right. Kew has to be classical, Thornbury alternative, St Kilda maybe a mix of your main stream pop and rock?
