6am NRR:
There's been a lot of fad caffeine going around recently, but slowly scientists are coming back to a holistic strategy.

Drink coffee, mostly espresso, there's no such thing as too much.

Oh yeah, and I totally did northy for the first time in what feels like ages. It was fun, I played the role of party pooper cop, shutting down attacks that went off the front.
