St Kilda East - Doncaster - Park Orchard - North Ringwood - Warrandyte - St Kilda East:
Those hills are tough little blighters. 2 hours and "only" 50km covered, I was simultaneously feeling like that was barely any riding, and that I was shagged from all the riding I'd done.

I've got to admit, I spent a lot of time thinking about pedalling, and if my legs felt different, and if that was better or worse. I felt like I lacked a little bit of grunt, that I couldn't quite generate the same Watts, and that my quads (especially the VMOs) hurt more. It could just be a set of shit legs, so I'll leave everything as is, and race Glenvale tomorrow.
