Hell Ride:
100km and home again in time for brunch feels alien, but in a good way. What also felt good was my fitness, I had enough to ask everyone to kindly go faster up Olivers hill because they were blocking me from chasing down the few riders who'd skipped clear. I had enough to kick out of the bunch and go clear up to Canadian Bay Rd, and finally enough to roll home 3rd in the sprint to black rock.

I feel kind of off about it all, I don't think I've been training more, or smarter. I moved my ssaddle forward about 3/4 of a mm, but I doubt that's given me extra wattages. Oh well, if anyone has a horse they want to donate, it seems I'm interested in practising equine dentistry.
