I was too intimidated by 2x20min efforts, so I set up a little sweet spot pyramid for myself instead. To go some way towards assuaging feeling soft, I pushed harder on the shorter efforts.

Like last time, pushing a heavier gear felt easier than trying to spin a light one, so that's what I did.

This right here is almost exactly what I did this morning. The only difference being I only had 1 minute rest between each effort. My drive was trying to pretend I was chasing down your wheel up through the pony club!
