I've never given front squats a ridgy didge go, so today's main session aim was to work out (hahaha punny) where my front squat limit is.
When I got the 2 reps at 75kg done the idea of aiming for a single body weight rep formed, and might have influenced me stepping up weights too quickly. That aside, I enjoyed my time in the cage, a more upright torso makes it easier for me to keep my lower back rigid.
I thought 40kg would be ok for press, I got 3x5 done a month or so back, but today it was no bueno.
