3 x 5 @ 67.5kg Front squat

1 x 10 @ 20kg Press
3 x 5 @ 40kg Press

3 x 8 @ 13kg DB ES Bro curl

I used a calculation google found me to determine my 3x5 set weight from the 1RM I worked out last week. The first set felt super heavy to lift off, but with every successful squat, I became more confident, and more assured that next time I can do even more.
