It was nice to achieve body weight squats again, it's far from a PB, but it's a milestone none the less.

Come time to bench press, I surpassed another old milestone. I confused 10kg and 20kg plates. It took lifting the barbell off the rack/rests a couple of times to finally twig that I wasn't having a bad day physically... just mentally.
