St Kilda East - Albert Park Lake - Albert Park Lake - Albert Park Lake - St Kilda East:
I had a chance for a quick roll this morning, but I was still feeling pretty beat down from Friday, so I rolled down the hill, and around the lake a few times. In my head I knew around ~30km was about right for a recovery roll, and in my head I knew I had around an hour, hour and a half to get home, but needed to factor in picking up a coffee. So "recovery roll", became "hold at least 30km/h".
