Rush Shop Ride:
My legs were not feeling terribly chipper, and even last night I knew that a morning in the hills wouldn't be the greatest idea I'd ever had. I messaged Jim and Jase letting them know, and went to bed with plans to just roll the Hell Ride. Those plans made it through until my alarm went off, at which point I decided I didn't even have legs for that, so I took a bit more rest and did the Rush shop ride instead.

Thankfully it was a small group, it meant we rolled two up almost the entire way back to St Kilda, and most importantly, that I didn't have to push any wind until things accelerated around Brighton, and feelings of guilt got me to the front to help out.

Humevale out of the saddle... even just 3/4 of it... was not the smartest thing I've ever done.
