Recovery roll:
I've been working on a positive mental approach to tomorrow's ride, telling myself that the ongoing DOMS isn't an excuse, that I've ridden with worse and done just fine. It was going well, until I went for a little roll this morning, nothing hard, just spinning the legs out for an hour... when I cramped.

Seriously, I was rolling down Kerferd Rd, pushing a whopping 200W when my right hamstring twinged like I'd reached the dam wall halfway through the old Otway Odyssey course.

Right, so back to re-assuring myself, because I don't want to miss coffee and toast.
