Weights:
The forecast and radar made riding seem like a soggy option, and I'm still not super keen on the idea of running, so instead I lifted and listened to metal.

Being a year, and 12kg of body weight since I last squatted, I thought it best to drop my work set down to what would have been a warm up weight in the past. Even at just body weight, I was concerned about my right knee caving, so I dropped a further 5kg for the last two sets.
