CX Shenanigans:
Ah CX Fridays, you're a mental rest day, and a physical training day all wrapped up into one. Loose surfaces, with lots of rocks, combined with skinny tyres mean that even at full noise up a hill, your mind is on so many things other than your legs.

It was also good to get Pikey back out, as not only is he nearly as enthusiastic as Bing, but his passion for it all means he's always gone out and found new things for us to ride. Today's new section was a little loop of the Yarra Bend golf course, an endless series of whoops that's got some serious replay value.
