Rest:
I plan to stretch the legs out tomorrow with Jim in the hills, so I nervously hit the foam roller a couple of times today.

I've been at it most days, rolling up and down my left side, most of my weight stacked over it, then getting out the lacrosse ball for the hip. I don't feel like I'm clear of all issues, but I do feel like it's holding at around a 2 out of 10, thus the tester tomorrow.
