Ok, last week was solid, but I'm feeling tight (left itb) and there's a bit more discomfort in my left knee, so this week I'm going to back it back a little, and get some quality rest and stretching done.

It doesn't hurt matters that the weather is forecast to be pretty poo until Friday, maybe I'll forgo the bike entirely and pull out the kettle bell again, or maybe it's time to sit on the ergo. Neither sounds appealing right now, but give me a couple of days without endorphins, and strange things could happen.
