With my flat tyred bike still at work, I decided, after ensuring I had a pump, to walk in. The conundrum was weather i should wear a heart rate strap and track it via GPS.

On one hand, that's rediculous, as only cycling counts!

On the other hand, I pretended to rail some of the berms, and hit a couple of hips at the Windor Siding jumps.
