Mt Oberon:
The legs didn't feel so peppy today, any time I stopped moving, getting going again made me feel like an old man, but these are excuses and there was a hike up Mt Oberon waiting to be done.

It's a pity there's a no bike (and dogs) sign at the start of the fire road this hike goes up. The gradients and gravel surface would make for a wicked mtb training climb. Without wheels, and gears, it still makes for a challenging ascent, but the descent was not terribly kind to my sore legs. After getting back to the comfort of heated seats, the inactivity stiffening was even worse.

The view was worth it though.
