St Kilda East - Chelsea - St Kilda East:
On one hand I feel good that I got out for a ride, despite the ominous clouds and wet roads. On the other hand I feel a bit soft that I turned around at Chelsea to roll home with some Total Rush kids, rather than continue on to Frankston, or Mornington as planned.

I think today's ride makes it the first time in a couple of months I've done 3 back to back days on the bike... and I feel ok, specifically, the knee is ok... so far. I'm in the mental place where i doubt myself / it, and constantly analyse every sensation.

Strava link.

I'm in the same boat to the point I'm paranoid of slight pain in the 'good knee'. Takes a long time to heal the ol knee I'm told

I had no idea that was what was keeping you off the bike. I hate not riding, but it's the uncertainty over when I can, and how much I can that really twists the knife.
