Lower Plenty Loop:
It was a gorgeous morning for a roll with Caddy, but I suppose in hindsight it didn't start that way. There's a few studies on memory out there on how he form memories, and the last peak/trough tends to strongly skew our memory of the experience. Today would be a good example of that.

We rolled out of town along some main roads, and despite going against traffic, there was always the back of the mind feeling that riding two abreast all the time was unsporting for other road users (for the record we singled out at times). When we took a sneaky early turn on the LPL loop along Grand Blvd, the ride changed. As we dropped down to quiet back roads, the sun rose and case a rosy glow over the morning.
