Total Rush Ride:
I had little intention of seeing the front this morning, but on the way back when the bunch got split, I realised I was probably the strongest one left, so felt it best to do the bulk of the work in getting everyone back to St Kilda.

Even though I hadn't been mentally preparing for time in the box, I readily found my groove, imagining it to be 10 min ergo, and focussing on the cues I use to keep things going.
