The power figures are 85% of the best I've achieved for each in the last 6 weeks. I exceeded my 1 minute target, which is nice, that's the power I want most right now. I was a couple of watts under on the 10 and 5 minute efforts, which is close enough to be ok with it, though also close enough to question why I couldn't just hold the extra power. The numbers make me feel like the 10 second ones were failures. I went all out out of the saddle, but was a few hundred watts off my targets.

I think if I do this again next week, I'll try the sprints seated and see how that goes. I might also try not answering the phone halfway through the 10 minute one. That put a dent in the average power.
