Rollers:
It was not an ideal day for riding bikes outdoors, so grabbed the track bike and rode indoors.
The first 3 minutes felt really sluggish, my cadence was crap, and I worried that I was well cooked. It turns out I'd just left a 51x14 on last session, instead of changing back to 49x16 like I know I should.
Other than that brain fart, there was nothing of note, I just wanted to get a spin and a sweat going.
