NRR Long:
I never really woke up/felt good this morning, even after downing a double caffeine gel around Seaford on the way down. I ended up pulling the pin on Canadian and short cutted over to the top of Two Bays, something I've never done before.

I basically couldn't push myself hard, weather it was a mental or physical issue, it signalled to me that I was under recovered. In all, it made the ride feel like a waste of my time.

After long, it took forever to get my GPS to connect to my computer, so I ended up running a little late to work. As I hooked hard around a left turn on my fixie, I suddenly found myself flipped high side. It seems I caught my inside pedal on the tarmac, probably due to the fact I was running wide flats rather than the clipless pedals I normally do.

It's not been a good couple of bike days.
