6am NRR:
My legs felt pretty good this morning, I was spinning well and the times I glanced down to see power numbers, they were healthy. My heart rate was high, but I assumed that was the heat, and because the pace was solid, so rolled turns down, and a few on the way home before setting up the sprint from Glen Huntly Rd.
I wasn't setting the world on fire, but it was nice not to feel like a total hubbard. I'm hoping that with a few sessions like this this week, and a bit of racing this weekend, my body will respond and I'll be on the way back to some good form. Right now though, it's a guess, I'm thinking about what I did after the Warny that resulted in good speed, and applying it now, hoping that that is relevant.
