Weights:
I got access to a little gym today, and in squatting in the lull pre-christmas seemed like a great idea.

The gym was incredibly tiny. The squat rack was on the other side of an angled smith machine setup, and there was no place to put the smith bar that didn't affect my setup in some way. I ended up with it at the top so, which meant I had to ensure I went straight up, as any forward movement on the unrack would mean I brained myself. Good times.

1 x 2 @ 80kg Squat
3 x 5 @ 100kg Squat

2 x 5 @ 20kg Bench press
1 x 5 @ 40kg Bench press
3 x 5 @ 60kg Bench press
