Weights and Intervals:
Dawnski had to go to work for a few hours, and given said work is a massive gym, I tagged along to get some endorphins.

I was torn between trying to get a solid weights session, or trying to get a solid cardiovascular workout on a stationary rower or bike.

In the end I half arsed both, not because quality on either is mutually exclusive with quality at the other, but because my legs were trashed. It seems humping around in the snow in boots was effortfull.
