6am NRR:
I worked turns down to Mordi, hoping that coming through might help open up the pipes and make my legs feel like something other than lumps of wood strapped to my hip sockets.

It didn't, so I stopped pushing myself and sat in on the way home, only seeing the wind for the sprint where I rolled up the side of the train that was setting up, mostly because I'm a jerk and wanted to prove that I'm the best at that job, partly because I wanted the effort.

Commute:
I rolled a couple of extra kms on the fixed commuter, trying to get the legs coming through smoothly and free things up before racing at HCC tomorrow arvo. I feel better, but there's still a bit of apprehension over and above the normal nerves that race gives me.
