6am NRR:
I'm not quite mentally on track for becoming a crit monster, but I rolled NRR, because the bin men are jerks who wake me anyway on a Tuesday morning.

The pace wasn't too dramatic, and I was ok with that. I took sits, rolled a few turns back into the wind, and generally marvelled at how tight my hips and hamstrings felt.
