Rollers:
I needed to spin my legs out and get the muscles firing in a decent sequence. It's unlikely there was any chemical leftovers from the weekend, but in my mind I still think of it as flushing them out. Anyway, my normally process on the rollers is to sit up and let the legs go around beneath me. This works ok because the bike is very stable, and also I can read or watch tv while doing it.

Today, I decided to ditch the distractions and work on a variation. When my legs started to flow smoothly, I dropped to the tops and began the process again. When that was working, I slipped into the drops and worked on getting things smooth there too.

It wasn't easy, and I had to reset a few times, but by the end of 15 minutes I felt in all three positions, so I ripped them up to a good clip and called it a night.
