6am NRR:
This one hurt more than it felt it should, though thankfully the Strava Stress Score backs up that it actually was tough. I think maybe it was a bit more of an attacking style, or maybe more of a gap and bridge situation, but the plan to roll turns most of the morning went out the window. I just did what I could to stay in a good position and survive until it was time to pour delicious coffee into my face.
