My head was not in it today. I smashed through the first set of squats, then got lazy and lost form and had to fight through some ugly reps. Press was no better, an extra kg and decreasing rep counts. It's not the end of the world, just a challenge to go after it again next time.

Actually, next time might be in a year. I'm pretty much at the point where I want to get more hills and more recovery, something has to give and that's likely to be this Monday session.
