Too many chicken wings, pizza slices, beers and red wines while watching the Wallabies get towelled by the rampaging British Lions last night, and a decent week on the bike convinced me that a rest day was a "good" idea.

It's time to start looking at my training stress scores again, and enforce a ramp up for 3 weeks, ease back for 1 week schedule of last year. To that end, here are the last 4 weeks numbers.

01/07 - 07/07: 422
24/06 - 30/06: 323
17/06 - 23/06: 400
10/06 - 16/06: 291

In the future it will be important to bear in mind that these numbers don't have any allowance for weight sessions and thus direct comparisons with non weight training weeks will be skewed.
