3 x 5 @ 115kg Low bar squat

1 x 5 @ 20kg Bench press
3 x 5 @ 60kg Bench press

1 x 5 @ 40kg Dead lift
1 x 5 @ 110kg Dead lift

There was a lot of poo face going on in the squats. A lot. Every rep went up though, with the middle set having the best pacing and the last had the best feeling of accomplishment.

It was also nice to have full plates back on my bench, it gee'd me up to add some weight to my deadlifts too.... but it turns out that I couldn't count, because the extra 10kg I thought I'd added ended up only getting me to 110kg instead of the 120 I did last week or the 130 I wanted this week. *sigh* Idiot!
