The squats felt better. I'm more confident in my back, and though I went onto my toes on a rep in the 1st set and too shallow on one in the 3rd, I might push the weight again next week.

Swapped out strict press for bench, mostly because I was already sitting on the bench and lying down seemed less energetic. My boobs are going to hurt tomorrow.

Commute:
I had a moment on my ride home, it's a moment that fills me with shame, it's a moment I'm going to share with you.

In this moment, i thought to myself "I'm pretty fast for a heavy roadie" or maybe it was "I'm probably the heaviest fast roadie" or some other tripe. What a load of tripe. I'm not that fast, and I don't want to be "fast for a", those last three words are weak. I want to be fast, full stop.
