Next session should be at the same weight or fractionally lower. I dont feel like my back is caving on my squats, but my knee is, and my chest is lagging my hips. For the press my last rep was shaky at best, besides there are no micro weights to micro load it.

Commute:
I wanted to get a few extras in after work to spin out the legs, but I realised I'd left all 6 (or is it 7?) of my rear lights at home. Rather than going anyway and risking being rear ended like... wait my dad reads this sometimes... hi dad. So yeah, I went home instead of risking a teenage damage to any chickens.
