Intervals:
I had to cram in a short session on the trainer before work and thought 1minute intervals would be lovely. The plan was 6 efforts with 1 minute rest between each. Oh man did I fail at that.

I died on the 2nd, then took big breaks between sets, leaving me with only enough time to do 4 efforts total. The power numbers were complete poo too.
