Lifting in the morning was a new experience, the forecast looked horrible so it sounded like an opportunity to get a bit more strength work in. Opportunity or not, this was still the first time I've done exercise other than riding before work and for some reason I feel that's worth noting.

I through some small plates on the end of the bar to up what I did last week. It took until the 2nd squat set for the "get it done" mindset to kick in and the bar speed to increase.

Commute:
I had the info seminar at Blind Sports Victoria tonight. The bike pilot program sounds like it's in it's infancy, so there's not much detail of what I may do yet. One thing's for sure, if being guided by someone else while walking is anything to go by, a sight impaired stoker is putting a heap of trust into the pilot. More than I think I could.
